At Franciscan Children’s, we prioritize family-centered care for every patient under our care and their family. While all staff members advocate for our patients, we have a dedicated patient advocate whose primary role is to address any concerns from patients and families.

The patient advocate serves as a bridge between patients, their families, and healthcare providers and offers various services that help patients navigate the healthcare system. The patient advocate also addresses patient and family feedback and concerns in compliance with regulations set by The Joint Commission, Department of Public Health, Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services, and Department of Mental Health.

The patient advocate is available to guide you and your family throughout your child’s stay at Franciscan Children’s. You can contact the patient advocate daily at 617-254-3800, ext. 7723, or during off-hours at 617-992-1470.
